At Faviolas, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below:

1. Easy Returns (If You Change Your Mind)

If you are not fully satisfied with the product upon delivery:

• You can return the product immediately to the delivery agent.
• Condition: You only need to pay the standard courier delivery charge.

2. Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style:

• You must notify our customer service team within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Simply message us on our official Facebook page: Shop by Faviolas.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will exchange it for you free of hassle.
• Please inspect the item upon receipt and report any issues to our customer service team promptly.

Faviolas-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। গ্রাহকদের সঠিক ও মানসম্মত পণ্য পৌঁছে দিতে আমরা সর্বদা অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ। আমাদের রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি নিচে দেওয়া হলো:

১. সাধারণ রিটার্ন (পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে)

ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য দেখে পছন্দ না হলে:

• আপনি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে পণ্যটি সাথে সাথেই ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
• শর্ত: এ ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে কেবল নির্ধারিত কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।

২. পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ (পরিবর্তন)

আপনি যদি পণ্যের সাইজ, রঙ বা ডিজাইন পরিবর্তন (Exchange) করতে চান:

• পণ্য গ্রহণের ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিমকে জানাতে হবে।
• যোগাযোগ করতে আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজ Shop by Faviolas-এ সরাসরি মেসেজ দিন।

৩. ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা সমস্যাক্রান্ত পণ্য

• যদি প্রাপ্ত পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি বা সমস্যা থাকে (Defective/Damaged), তবে আমরা দ্রুত তা এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দেব।
• পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর কোনো সমস্যা দেখা দিলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের পেজে মেসেজ দিয়ে সাপোর্ট টিমকে অবহিত করুন।
